These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Discord bot "Rumi" ("the Bot", "we", "us"). By adding the Bot to a Discord server or otherwise interacting with it, you agree to these Terms.
Rumi is a Discord bot providing server moderation tools, anti-nuke protection (automated defenses against mass-destructive actions such as mass channel deletion, mass banning, or unauthorized permission changes), and music playback features.
You must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Use of the Bot by anyone under the minimum age required by Discord is not permitted.
You agree not to:
The Bot may automatically take protective actions (such as removing roles, banning accounts, or reverting permission changes) when it detects behavior matching its anti-nuke or moderation rules. Server administrators are responsible for configuring these features appropriately. We are not liable for actions taken by the Bot based on its automated detection systems, including false positives.
The Bot is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot, including loss of data, server disruption, or moderation errors.
We reserve the right to block any user or server from using the Bot at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For questions about these Terms, please contact the development team via our support server or Discord Developer Portal listing.
